The fi...I have a couple recipes for sweet potatoes. The first is that sweet potato bake. Unfortunately... loaded with sugar. The other is those baked sweet potato fries. Toss speared sweet potatoes in olive oil and cinnamon and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. After hours of slaving away, peeling carrots, boiling, mashing, etc., I took one bite, nearly vomited, & dumped the whole concoction in the trash. And normally I've got a stomach of steel! I've heard/read too that sweet potatoes are the way to go, especially if you have diabetes.
