... And in the case of poor potato galette down below, I don't know how to fix it. *sigh*. What I wanted to tell you is that the recipe comes from Recipezaar.com and that they recently had a newsletter featuring French recipes. This recipe is good, in theory, but it was also one of those things that looked like crap when I turned it out of the pan.
Ryan loved it though, so that's good. :)
